Our services include dog walking, home sitting, cat sitting, and drop-in visits – whatever your pet needs to stay happy and healthy. We welcome all breeds of cats and dogs, and we make sure to provide them with everything they need, including food, water, exercise, and plenty of love and cuddles. By providing this form you are agreeing to have MJS Care, pet care provider Jacqueline Morales board your pet (cat) for the outlined dates provided in her home. You are also agreeing that Jacqueline will be provided the authority to bring the pet to the vet or emergency services should it be needed and agree that YOU will provide payment for any costs incurred during the time that MJS Care is boarding YOUR pet. Cost are veterinary care, additional food (if your food supplies run out before the next shipment), or any clothing/ accessories needed for health reasons (cone for vet services, body suit for vet services (both are used to keep the pet from getting at a surgical or injury site), and medication.
